At Havenstone Housing Group (HHG), we have been providing supported accommodation to vulnerable adults, including those with low-level mental health conditions, alcohol and substance misuse issues, as well as individuals experiencing homelessness and refugees. Our mission is to meet the immediate housing and support needs of vulnerable adults in Birmingham and the surrounding areas, ensuring they have a safe and stable place to call home.

Our support services are flexible, person-centered, and responsive, with the goal of empowering our service users by promoting dignity, independence, and choice. At HHG, we are committed to equality of opportunity and firmly believe that everyone has the right to quality housing and the necessary support to build a stable and independent future. This commitment drives everything we do.

We work closely with local authorities and support agencies, aligning our services with both local and national strategies to support vulnerable people and foster a more cohesive community.

As an organisation rooted in a diverse community, we recognise the challenges of settling into a new culture, society, or area. That’s why we actively support our service users in their transition, working alongside local community groups to create a welcoming environment where they feel at home and a true sense of belonging from day one.
